• Must recognize Jesus as God and Son of God

• Honest & Cooperative

• Must walk in love

• Cooperative

• Honorable - Friendly

• Teachable

• Must be a consistent soul winner before

• Prayerful

• A Servant

• Must report All sexual misconduct

• Must participate in Ministry of Helps

• Must walk in integrity

• Must report ALL abuse

• Must restrain from all gambling

• Must walk in humility
• Faithful & accountable to peers, leadership and those under your leadership

• A person who walks in unity

• Not a sower of seeds of discord (no public disagreement)

• Must protect your witness in & out of the church, and through social media.

• Must not be a smoker, drinker at all, or a user of profane language, or rebel riser.

• Be courageous in the face of adversity.

• Must submit to police background check annually

• Attendance, must be on post for all church services, conferences, funerals, including requested speaking engagements. If a service is missed, you must notify team prior to absence. Work, family events and hospital is the only excuse.

• Must report all issues that challenge the overall vision of the ministry.

• There is no manner of any member that will be held in confidentiality from the senior pastors.

• Committed to God, to your calling, to the vision of the church, to the ministerial leadership of your church and ministry.

• Financially at the very minimum, pay to your local church a tithe (10% gross) of resources according to the Order of Melchizedek. Genesis 14:18-20, Hebrews 6:20 , Hebrews 7:8
